South Florida is the deep end of American tiki. The Mai-Kai carries National Register heritage and Don the Beachcomber-derived mixology, and the rooms around it run from a Calle Ocho tropical lounge to a Miami Beach bar with 150-plus curated rums behind it.

We are not gathering here yet. Phase I is Northeast Florida, and the next market opens when there is an Organizer to run it and a room worth booking every month.
