The Southwest Coast has the oldest operational tiki bar in Florida — Bahi Hut, open since 1954 and famous for a dangerously good Mai Tai — plus a run of beachfront thatch from Siesta Key down to Marco Island.

We are not gathering here yet. Phase I is Northeast Florida, and the next market opens when there is an Organizer to run it and a room worth booking every month. Ember Nights country: low light, leather chairs, and conversation that outlasts the ash. No cigar required — plenty of members come for the rum on the shelf and the company.
