Tampa / St. Petersburg
Tampa Bay
Tampa Bay is a rum town with a beach attached: a pirate speakeasy built out by Daniel “Tiki Diablo” Gallardo, more than 250 rare expressions on the shelf in Dunedin, and a landmark palm-thatched roof sitting right on the sand at Treasure Island.
We are not gathering here yet. Phase I is Northeast Florida, and the next market opens when there is an Organizer to run it and a room worth booking every month. Everything below is scouting, not a schedule — join the waitlist and tell us this is your market, because that is how we decide where to go next.

Cigar lounges
Ember Nights country: low light, leather chairs, and conversation that outlasts the ash. No cigar required — plenty of members come for the rum on the shelf and the company.
We haven’t scouted the lounges here yet. Ember Nights land in a market once someone has actually sat in the room, so this list stays empty until then.
